    that be correct - shame I had to leave early at Harewood ! keeping the miles off the VR6 and using my Mk2 8 valver as the runabout - saw Sanky the following weekend on the M1 near me ... coincidences eh ! are you going to this event then ?

    is the display for Saturday (not just Sunday) ? if so count me in for the Saturday ..... some of the VR6 members saw my car at harewood house so i hope i wont show the stand up (100% unmodified and pretty mint) ... cheers.

    I can defo make it on the Saturday - just down road from me ...... will take the Highline (not too fussed about winning the Mk2 8 valver - already got one !!!) ... if the club is doing a stand count me in (can always meet up on the M1 sanky like last sat !!!)

    fair comment - mine was probably the last one that VW sold with a warranty on it last june 2004 - the warranty ends this month !! i paid

    I'm only 50 miles away from Harewood House so hope you don't mind me popping along for the day - if anyone will be travelling up the M1 near Sheffield give me a shout and I'll join you for the trip up to Harewood House - if not I'll take my GTi up there as opposed to the VR6 !!!! look forward to seeing some nice VR6's (and maybe the odd highline or two ? ! ?) !!!

    I'm afraid all I can muster up is a VR6 Highline and a Mk2 8v GTi !!!!!

    my insurance is up for the Highline in July - need to add-in a Mk2 8v Gti as well - anyone in the same boat and had good quotes ? Am 36 with 5 years no claims ....
