I would try a booster mate, halfords sell them, (i used to fit sterios for them) the shame, it might make a difference

Does the radio not tune in or does it not have a very good signal. if they used an iso adaptor then there is a break with plugs in the cable that you can just switch over, if it isn't getting very good reception then you may need an arial booster, you usually only need them on the mk4's but i needed one on mine in the end

Hmmm, i wonder if they have switched the red and the yellow cable around on the lead on the back which you have to do on old golfs but dont belive you do on the mk3's, if they have then i belive that would cause it to stay on,,,,,,could be wrong mind :| The buzzer stopped working on mine at the weekend, and found that the buzzer relay was loose, pluged it in and it was fine, if its the same as mine its the bottom relay when you look up from the foot well its nearest the door, hope that helps a bit Paul

I asked a vag about the wires and plugs for them and they sell the plug with the wire to attach it to the main plug for the loom for the door, i just couldn't figure out which slot on the plug it had to go too

Shouldn't of thought so mate, i used to run 195/45/15 on my bbs split rims and they were 8 1/2 wide, on my old mk2 G60 8) Paul

Which badges mate? i took the ones of my other car buy getting a hair dryer on them and then using a bit of fishing line th help ease it off the polish to get rid of the last marks Paul

i am converted (and i had just spent a fortune on meguairs stuff) really guys this stuff is amazing, he did a demo on my car and i couldn't belive how good it was, just look at justins car, that was enough for me, the demo also had j5ke x buying some and they are doing the deal for premium members, you've got to get some DO IT!!! !amazed

If they are the same as a mk2 g60 one then i belive they are designed to be used the once and not re ussed after which is why you have to rip them apart to get them out, had to do both front ones on my old g60, -

If you come off at junction 4a there is a around about at the end of the slip road, there is a bit we could meet there, then it back on the the round about and straight on to the m3 again? where you coming from mate?
