    CLIMAtronic?

This involves loads of sensores (inside and out) and different air ducting which includes motors to drive the flaps, etc. Dash out job basically + all the wiring and sensors.
  4. Not much to do in Southam though, just a couple of shops and nothing much else!
  5. Its easy when you know how and have done it a fair few times! Basically you need to use a thin bladed screwdriver to unclip 4 clips at the bottom of the grill and 2 at the top. The ones at the bottom are tricky as you cant see them that well but basically you have to put the screwdriver inbetween the top of the bumper and the bottom of the grill. The clips are underneath the headlights near the wings and I think the other 2 are basically underneath the top clips IIRC.
  6. Anybody got the part numbers for the disks and carriers? Also where is the best place to get Ferodo DS2500 pads and how much? kevhaywire : how much does your mate want for the 6mm washers?
  7. So will the TT/S3 setup fit behind 16" wheels?

  11. Front Seats: Push them forward and underneath by the handle you should see a clip/pin that you need to press together to take out. Once you have done that you just slide the seat all the way back until it comes off of the rails. You might need to remove some plastic caps from the end of the rails. Back Seats: Bottom sections are removed by uncreawing the hinge which is just below the seat. The rear sections require you to push down on a clip at the pivot point next to the doors. Once this is done you need to remove the clip in the centre hinge which was a real git to remove! Hope this makes
  12. Everytime they had to 'get a price and phone me back' they never did. Decided to go else where in the end.
  13. Ah ok, thought maybe it was the same thing. Worth phoning up Awesome GTI and asking them about it.
  14. BTW you can add pictures to posts if you are a premium member ;-)
  15. BTW you can get these resistors from Awesome GTI too as they are used when replacing an airbag steering wheel with a non-airbag wheel. ;-)
  16. TBH Mulberry leather should be worth less than the equivilant Black leather because you cant just chuck Mulberry in any car as it would just look wrong. Where as Black leather would go in most, if not all colours of car! What colour is your car Hoppa?
  17. sankysvr6 : Have you got the part number for the matts? I tried getting a genuine set from VW about a year ago and they didnt clear the footrest or fit the floor pan very well!
  18. Have you got a link to the cable you are going to buy?
  19. Im an Embedded Software Engineer. :-)
  20. Will the 312mm conversion fit under 16" wheels though? What kits are available apart from the Auti TT/S3 setup?
  21. Saw this car at Edition38 this year! Wondered what the hell those wheels came off. Looks lovely mate, saw you go up on stage too. Everything on the car looks factory fit. A few of us also got up on stage with our cars (including me :-D).
  22. Had the same problem, mine was banging on the wing, just needed the bracket bending a bit so the BMC sat a bit lower.
