    keep your eyes peeled on the various forum classifieds as suspension goodies are always coming up for sale! i would def do the shocks/springs before changing the arb's tbh!

    your car is fitted with antiroll bars anyway as standard! to improve the roll bars meand uprating to summat like an eibach set-up, which is around 240 on their own! do a proper matched spring/shock set-up as opposed to just springs! strut braces are added brace bars usually added to upper/lower front and rear uppers! braces basically tie the two suspension towers together so they both move together as opposed to different directions under cornering forces! hope that helps a little!

    not if you get the imaging right, and run some fader to the rear to compensate as the sub out is non-fading anyhow! you could go for ininity's instead which i use with the same sub as yours in dual voice coil model!

    tbh then , u need a two channel amp and run the rears off the h/u. they only need to be rear fill anyway. i have a small kenwood amp if you're interested in going that route that would be more than capable. and get yourself some decent front components like the alpine SPR-176A . around a 100 notes from most places and a stonking set of components!

    dont forget to get some real heavy duty abrasives like emery cloth! you'll need it to get all the sheep hair outta the filler once its dry see!

    my mate has a courtenay 280/260 conversion in his nova and believe me when i say it will beat you all day long nerih, at any speed you choose to challenge it at! like rob says, its all about power to weight, and yes, his nova will crack 150 as well so thats not a point to play on eithere! tho its not my cup of tea, i do admire cars like that from other marques.
