Jesus, that's one sick puppy!! I'd say from the look of that graph and the way it pitches and dives all the way to the redline is down to fuelling. Looks like the knock sensors are kicking in and stopping the engine from revving due to the lean mixture. When my charger first went on, i ran it with the schrick, and my graph looked nothing like that. Basically you see a slight drop from a schrick on a n/a car after 4000rpm, but on a charger vr, the charger takes over at 4000rpm thus no obvious power/torque drop. Basically, your bhp graph should be a straight diagonal line climbing all through
