Always fancied one, loved the way it drove on the test drive, spent all day yesterday polishing it. Just insured it this morning, only £70 up on the golf so pretty happy. If I get on with it, might upgrade to a storm at a later date, bit of an investment really as they reckon the prices of storms should appreciate.

VR6Steve 0
Tommy - she does need some cosmetic paintwork. The piccys don't quite tell the truth! The main thing is she is virtually rust free.Plans? Well already found replacement front seats, all be it 3 door ones as the originals were a bit holy.Got some polished 928 Porka rims off ebay for next summer. Also after a set of original BBS RA's.So far got 2 outer door handle chrome strips and should hopefully have 2 more when I eventually get to another J29 meet.Again got 2 inner chrome door pulls, just gotta get another 2.Other than that a gearbox rebuild looks to be on the horizon and generally bring it back to former glory. On the immediate front a new thermostat needs fitting as the water is not circulating, but she is parked up at home waiting for a house visit from the Doctor.Oh and crucially she needs tunes as there is a total lack of them at the moment!
