franchise 1
Nice big man, just bought me a new set of 195/40/16s for the new rims, £202 all in and delivered next day from camskill.
Paul1982 0
Toyo are a great tyre – They’ve just released there never brand Proxi PX4’s (which I’ve got hehe) which hold the road like glue. So I can imagine them selling off the old line of tyres real cheap and you guys will get some bargains!!Out of all the tyres I’ve chosen I’d use Toyo all day!!
binliner 0
and the PX4s come in 195/40/17 now as well which was a size toyo never did before
jesterwalker69 0
Agree 100% with Paul, Toyos are the best tyres i've used in both dry and especially wet!And what's even better is I get two 205/45/17 T1-R's fitted for £90! Happy days!
binliner 0
205/45/17? what size wheels?
Paul1982 0
mine are 205's on 17's aswel
pete23 0
would the 195/40/17's be ok for use with TT comp wheels to give a slightly stretched look. Or would it be advisable to stick with the 205's?
jesterwalker69 0
205/45/17? what size wheels?yer..... i think! Cant remember exactly. Will have to check when i get home.I dont actually know what size wheel to be honest. The wheels were on the car when i bought it and i just bought same size tyres as the ones that need replacing! All i know is that they give a little bit of a stretch and fit on 17's! lol
Paul1982 0
depends on what width 17 you have - 205 might already be stretching
franchise 1
Stick with a 205 bro, never seen the point of too much stretch on a drivers car. Gutted I have to step down to a 195 for my 16s due to offset issues.
binliner 0
would the 195/40/17's be ok for use with TT comp wheels to give a slightly stretched look. Or would it be advisable to stick with the 205's?I'm going for 195s on my TT comps just so I can get it a bit lower without rubbing... 195 on a 7.5 is hardly any stretch at all but if you already have 205s without prolems then I'd stay with them
binliner 0
mine are 205's on 17's aswelIt was the 45 bit I was questioning rather than the
