tbh i own my rado less than 5 months and it's less then 3 months on the road so still finding out things to sort out and  after sunday i know a badly remapped ecu is one of them ;-)

For the curious, Beds Modified is any sort of modified car in the Bedfordshire area and it's their 7th year going this March. Judging from their previous 'big' event's this should massive. Supposedly 800+ people will be attending including myself.

Really made all the hard work seem worth it! Feel quite proud that I've taken a rough old £340 VR that was being sold as a donor car and turned it into something that can win a trophy!

When/if I get a VR6, I won't be building it to be worth more in the in the future, I'd build it the way I want it to look. Though I will never buy cosmetic car parts from halfords.

I'd probably charge around £150-£175 to cut that out weld a small plate in a smooth it off and repaint it,only problem is you may have to lose the door sill protecter and they are rare as rocking horse $h/t! I know because I've been trying to buy one for months!!!!

We need to organise a rolling road day early on in 2015. After trawling the posts it seems the best place for this is at Stealth's. It seems that there has been numerous threads to try and organise this but nothing has been set in stone and all posts have dried up.
Who has organised previous RR days at Stealth's??????
Can we get something set in stone??????
January probably isn't the best time as everyone will be getting on there feet after Christmas.
Stealth's probably isn't commuter friendly for some but I'm sure if I can get there from Manchester then most can do the same.
Let's get some interest going and get something booked.

even the VR i have now was running these, although i was getting wheel rub where the car was slammed too much the stability was good, and could certainly throw her around corners and RB's

I'm moving my Golf to a new workshop next weekend (Saturday 31st Jan.) because of this I'm renting a self drive car transporter for the day. Is there anyone around the London area that needs a car or anything moving? Depending on mileage I'd only want £20-£30 to move something, not looking to make money just cover a bit of the cost of renting the transporter.

The trucks got a full winch and rachet straps so no worries if theres a engine or not!

Please shout up if this would be useful for anyone or people you know!
