In boost it sees mid 11s, I didn't think size could be a factor, I'm pretty sure it's not seiling properly as before I routed it back in I would cover blow outlet and it would fine take my hand off I would run like a pig and over fuel big time, so I'm gonna take it off and inspect inside it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It's running 1bar of boost at the moment, it feels like a boost pipe has popped off when it bogs down and the sound of the car changes aswell :s but no boost pipes are popping off, would you say not enough boost? Or to big of a recirc or the the recirc is not ceiling as it should, and also ever sinse I've put it on it seems to run lean on idle wideband reading from 15s to 17s Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Right people, I've put on a forge 50mm supersize recirc witch is routed back in after the maf, the problem I'm having is when shifting gears in hard boost say 2nd into 3rd the car will bog down and then build boost, the car never done this until I put the recirc on, it ran so much better with out the recirc but I didn't want to stress the turbo so I put it on, what do u guys think?   6. When recirc wasn't plumbed in properly on idle the wide band was reading 10.0 lol so was basically dumping the fuel I should be seeing In boost then some times bounce all the way round to like 17 18s car didn't know what to do Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Haha I know mate it's a pain in the neck but worth it when you feel boost haha, it's only on 0.4bar at the moment just to sort out teething issues, but have put it up to 1bar and it's a totally different car, oh I just want to add the car hasn't seen boost or even been over 2k revs with the contaminated oil, before you guys think I'm nuts n stupid lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  9. Nice numbers for standard with little mods, maybe it has been chipped or remapped, I've seen the pictures if the cars as a few people I knew was also there, what did the vr6 turbo make? Or was Eddie remapping? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  11. Exactly that lol it pis*ed me off so I took it out on the car n just sat there trying to start it lol but then thought let it cool down for a bit and it fired but it's caught me out quite a few times Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I fitted the recirc thinking that my welder was back at work for him to weld the piece on the intake so I thought everything would be cool, but that wasn't the only problem after driving the car for a while the car would just die and won't start for like 10-15 mins of cooling down, so everytime that happened I'm sitting there Trying to start it so that's part of it as well and this was happening before I put the recirc on!! So gonna try out another crank position sensor and new plugs new oil and filter and hope engine goes quiet Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  14. thanks mate, Im gonna sort it Monday as my welder is back at work then he can just weld the piece I need on to my intake, then change oil filter, oil, new plugs, hopefully I won't see any metal shavings in my engine

  17. If petrol has mixed with your oil can It mess up the oil pump? As where I've fitted my recirc but not routed it back in yet it's over fueling a lot and oil smells of petrol and top end seems really dry? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  19. i have not boosted it yet but when I rev it abit it does seem to go lower like in the 14s as I'm generating boost if that makes sense also using a aem wideband Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  21. What should my wideband be reading on idle?? As it's in the 16s bouncing to low 17s ino I have a small vacume leak I thought it should be around 14.7 14.8 and at WOT around mid 10s low 11s Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  23. You can run a separate relay or run into the original fuel pump wiring done it on a mk2 VRT worked fine still going this day Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
