Looks like the oil cooler cover is leaking from the seal. Anyone had this happen?? Is it a sign of anything or nothing to worry about and just replace the o ring Sent from Dagobah

1st fuses 2nd wiring 3rd control unit/main solenoid Despite the look of something. It may still have burnt out. Sent from Dagobah

Preferable they should go back in the same order. But it's the rings that bed in and seal with your newly honed bores. So creating New seals. Sent from Dagobah

Stainless exhaust doesn't cause pops and bangs. If it is then you have a timing problem. Sent from Dagobah

It would still be a metal multi layer crush gasket. There's no special reason. But sometimes better quality!! Metal due to heat soak. Don't use paper... Sent from Dagobah

The caps will be numbered in order I'd think. The 7's should be end caps!!! Pistons would be better going back into the same cylinders but it's the rings that count. Just don't tell me your going to run it in softly lol Sent from Dagobah -
That would just be a model number. But looking like it would be a td04 and an inlet size a/r50. Just a guess from what little information you've supplied. Any pics? Sent from Dagobah

This may help, gained from my experience in mapping ;-) The cars are std spec then you can run '95 ron fuel with no issue. Running better fuel '97, '99 Ron will improve but not noticeably. If the car has been mapped to run '99 ron then use '99 only.... Octane boosters are for chavs lol They don't increase performance enough to worry about. You may aswell run '99 fuel. Or get it mapped :-)
