Would you sell the engine wiring loom, ecu and accelerator pedal and loom? I have a bde engine to go in my mk3 but just need these bits to do the swap properly

Yeah it is mate. You'll need an upper timing chain cover from a coil pack engine and a cam pickup sensor and possibly a cam chain sprocket. It's was a while ago when I swapped mine on my 2.9

You've got the rubber mounts the right way but the springs the wrong way round. The short (helper) springs go on the bottom

The red is LC3L Hot chilli red and the black was just a gloss black I had in a rattle can

So I could just get that from a breakers. Will any mk4 dbw pedal do or is it engine spacific?

Just pull it off mate it's nothing to worry about. Put some underseal on the part that's pulled from the floor or you'll end up with a hole in your floor

Hmm I'll look into it. What would I do with the throttle body tho coz it's fly by wire on the 24v and obviously cable on the vr. Fancy doing it for me? I'll pay your fuel from harrogate [emoji4] and supply food and beers
