a gt35 should do for what you need, with a bottom mount manifold. Have a read from FishWicks turbo guide on here, his was in a corrado which was also cramped

Also need a new mount, either cut the one off the subframe back or make a bracket for the gearbox, or UM sell them.
Theyve thought of everything..

Mishimoto are good. Cheap ones tend to be badly made and havr bigger boost losses

previously owned. - Clio sport ph2 , impreza uk turbo, Golf mk2 driver, Golf mk3 Gti 16v, Golf mk1 1.8 Karmann clipper.
What got you into Dubs - I think the whole scene seemed more friendly and more supportive than other marques, then at my first show weekend meeting other VR6 owners who had been part of the club for many years, and seeing so many amazing modified cars.
Best feature on your car? - Its a tough one as in the past 3-6 months the whole car has transformed due to different modifications, but it has to be the engine swap, I can't accelerate without having a massive grin plastered over my face, I don't think I'll ever get bored of the noise! This is closely followed by the new interior, and the number plate!
Future Modifications - Eibach or H&R anti roll bar kit, Schrick Cams, full re-spray, uprated Fuel pump, maybe a charger or turbo... I don't think I'll ever run out of things to do!
Favourite other members car - Its difficult to pinpoint just one as there are lots of cars in the club I really like for different reasons and good to see the evolving work going into them whether its an oem example or big power show car but if I had to pick it would be Gethins mk3 24v (VIW 28)

Your experience of the car (ups and downs)
the downs consist of basically every MOT (as with most older cars!) there's normally a problem that is a total pain to sort out, but the downs are definitely outweighed by the ups, I love my car, and get so much enjoyment out of cleaning it, driving it and getting it to a show!!- Ndubber1970, Bealieboy, Radosteve and 2 others

Yeah, you can soon start spending big bucks there just be wary to get eveeything in one go, as more often then not you have to pay customs to bring it overseas

Not sure on gas flowing a head, i'd go for wossner or mahle pistons. Same brand or IE con rods. You'll have to find a engine place near you that does crank balancing e.t.c schimmel performance cams (263 are good for turbos), mocal oil cooler (pref thermostatic) chargecooler im not sure on, as im going custom, but heard very good things about the Schimmel kit.

Hx50? That would be for a ship. P.s I might have a hx35y for sale for the right price

Holsets or borg warners are also good choices

You would be better to change the raddo engine to fit the golf. So really just swap the ancillaries over from the golf engine to the raddo block

Inmo opinion i'd just go with whatever size it is on the compressor outlet. Otherwise your just restricting flow

Inmo short runner and a chargecooler might be your best, with standard intake pipework can get tricky, and with an intercooler pipework can get long to reach the front. Whereas an SRI and chargecooler you can mount the exchanger where the battery normally sits and make a dort of triangle shape.
