  1. baz im going to put mine into vw main stealers to get it sorted i wil let you know whats going on with this its got to the point were it p****g me right off spent all that money uprating the brake system for them to be worse than standard set up its probably easy if you know how with the vag com but it`s just gone past the point of trying to sort this my self.
  2. brynvr6,,they are actually nitron racing springs which are 10.5 " long x 325lb cos we where loosing hight out of the body by removing the cups(top mounts)so wheel size went up to regain full strut travel so hence uprated springs...but am toying with scooby or GT4 front shocks (shorter) oh i stumbled across the nitron web site and they actually make a custom race set up for a couple of grand look`s nice though..
  3. hi tony just to get the fronts set up in all cost about £400 but they are made up of TVR,SCOOBY & VR6 coily parts with only a small bit of lath work, feels so tight now and it hasn`t even been set up properly (ie tracked) wheels next bumper sprayed then going to start collecting the 4x w/drive and look out for THE motor....

  8. yep he sure has...both, the top mount`s and c/f vents took a lot longer than anticipated mostly because the parts were not for a vr6....

  10. well today me and paul thought we would do a couple of hours on the vr wich quickly turned into 8hr`s a few pics on progress oh yeah big thanks to paul for all the help and machine`ing the bits to fit the tvr springs to the vr coily`s top man....it feels so tight now with no lift or sink into corner`s it stick`s like glue now but she is sitting a bit high at the mo on the front but will drop her back down tomorrow.
