    this has answered my question from your other thread! The rot has got mine pretty bad too, couldn't find wings for love nor money, had to get a couple of new ones (not that ive got round to painting or fitting yet!)

    Ok, so after a few long, fairly stressful winter months, I'm back - sorry for the tardiness! Well where to start? Borbet T's are on, with 5mm spacers all round... starting to think 9" are a bit too wide though! bought new wings, as an attempt to rectify the rusty ones I have! Talking of rust, after a bit of poking around, it transpires there's at least a couple of fairly significant holes on the underside.. the worst of which is the outside skin of the passenger footwell - nearly as big as my fist!! so this month, time to try n get it on a ramp to have a butchers... might get new sills done wh

    nah, its like on top of the arch lining, inside the wing and behind the side repeater, on the passenger side :S its got a thin white tube going from it, with no other connections, or screw caps etc. The white tube appears to go into the bay and join the vacuum system?

    So i removed the arch lining today, and theres some random bottle type thing inside the top rear of the n/s wing, it looks as though its attached to the vacuum system, does anyone what it is/does?!

    took the easy option... sacked the standard boot off, bought 2 stretch boots and a cone - took 45 mins to do the second one!

    Hello! I've finally got a couple of days to myself, and so am going to do my CV boots. For those of you at action, thats right, it was both, and I still havnt done them! :S I've been looking at the draper cone tool, does anyone know if this works, or is it a bit of a gimmick? cheers everyone!
