    im using the gti header tank as you cant get a new vr item anymore, cap is approx £3 and the bottle about £6 fron GSF

    the wires looked all ok in the rubber boot between the door and chassis , have taken my door panels of to and cant see anything obvious ! any other ideas anyone ???

    Ah this makes sense now as ages ago I blew the elec window fuse when the door opened , didn't think much about it when it happened , reckon the wire was shorting out

    as above Drivers elec window inop , passenger side works ok from the switch on drivers door but nothing else , fuses look ok also , ???????
