    to be honest, i was thinking i could just get a new plate off the dvla... like just a bog standard any old plate if you know what i mean... but if its going to be hassle i wont worry... just thought if i could do it and earn some money out of it then it may be worth it..

    but that G308 VRT is the original plate.. its not a personalised one.. its what the car came with...

    Yeah thats what i was thinkin... pretty cool for someone with a VRT :) Hopefully it will sell... how much is it to buy a standard replacement registration off the DVLA as im not up with all this plate swapping...

    Yeah, its 6 of one and half a dozen of the other... makes no difference who you go to you will end up paying between £20 and £25 delivered for a splitter... this one has got the best feedback of the ones i have seen... i am still waiting on mine from the group buy, once i have it i will take pics and let you know what its like as my one i have on now is shocking... dont want people buying rubbish if there is good out there..

    Im up for a convoy but pretty sure Jim doesn't go the Boreham way... So Tollgate might work better.. Jim knows better routes than i do... Ill be coming with my boyfriend in my vr and might bring my mate, he is using a passat at the mo (but he does have a vr6) lol. ill speak to the other guys n gals i know with VRs and if i can muster up some more ill get them to meet at Tollgate say around 10ish, but that you can check with Jim.

    Gaz GHA Coilovers - Roughly 40mm drop 17x7.5J ET30 wheels 205/40/17 tyres No arch work Issues - None as is, but scrubbing on the rear if i go any lower so will need arch work.

    Its not that they're mugging you off.. its an ebay thing... the splitter is normally £20 + a few quid postage, but to keep it cheaper than the rest they put it on ebay for 13 + 10 delivery so it still works out around £23... thats how most ppl do it on there... to pay under £25 is a good price, i paid £23 last year for a crappy brittle one that hasn't made it past 10 months, so with ebay splitters you cant expect perfection. this looks like the closest ive seen to being a good one though. Just think its wrong to go saying that a company is mugging people off when its a simple principle o

    I run standard GOLF and VR6 badges.. just got mine brand new originals from VW prob one of the last in the country... not easy to find but i know a guy who can hunt them down for me. So if you wanna go with standard let me know and ill do my best... they look so nice new!! didnt realise how pants mine is til i saw the new one!
