  1. Nige you after a std one?? if so i have one you can have....
  2. yeah, i agree.... in most cases you get what you pay for.... at least with gsf you have a place to go if it goes wrong, but you send out 30 rear sensors and say half go wrong then you've got a lot of trouble on your hands.... a risk i would recommend taking.
  3. No worries, glad you're on the way to getting it fixed :)
  4. Make sure they check and adjust it first and not rush to replace it, it may just have got knocked and have a lose connection.... :) good luck & let us know how you get on.

  6. How long ago were your brakes changed and has the light been on since cuz brakes dont usually need bleeding after they are changed... and wouldn't really cause the abs light to stay on. Its probably more coincidence or that the may have knocked one of the abs sensors when replacing the brakes. You need to vag com it really as it could be a number of things, at least you will know the problem straight away instead of trail and error.
  7. Awww thats a shame Helen, but glad you'll be at the July one :) This is a nice little local meet... def gonna keep it going.
  8. I think it opens about 4pm. There was talk of us south east lot going up at lunchtime, then getting some food and chilling out somewhere up there, so come 4 we can get straight in and set up... :)

  10. lol, well hopefully we'll get to catch up at another show during the year :)
  11. Well if you have plans on keeping her then just start small and see how it goes.... Coilovers are always better than shock and springs as you can adjust them whenever you feel like it... if you just want a drop for looks and are not too worried about performance and ride comfort then the ebay ones will do the job, however it is one of those things you get what you pay for.... i run Gaz GHAs on mine, they are fully adjustable, which means not only height but damping as well, so i can get them just right for me... i think they are great, but they are close to £600 new, thats with delivery, ho
  12. its totally down to you what you do... ultimately modifying a car does not really add any real value.... you find people want really mint original examples or they want to do the work themselves. You also end up losing the money as what you have spent doesnt get earnt back through selling the car... however it all depends on what you want?? Do you want a car you appreciate and want to keep hold of? Do you want a car that's going to possibly earn you a bit of money in a few years or do you want a car to just sell on if you get bored in a few months? You kinda need to decide where you want to g
