  1. Ok I'm changing my obd1 turbo set up to obd2 ,everything is back in and plugged in but when I go to start the car it just turns over..

I have power to the throttle body as that adjusts itself when the ignition is turned on,,I have spark but the fuel pump doesn't prime, and the red/ yellow injector wire has no power to it..

If I jump the two large terminals in poss 12 fuel pump relay ,the pump runs,,

I have the jumper wire in 30/30b,,,ecu pin 54 is live so what could be the problem ..?

    Please help!

  3. Well been on with this as much as possible this week and got loads done but doesn't really look any different !

Coolant pipes all fitted ,boost pipes all in and clamped,I've welded the down pipe and fitted two lambda bosses, made up exhaust from down pipe to rear axle(still need a few parts to Finnish the exhaust as it's too loud with just one silencer)

Just waiting for my mate to Finnish tig welding the 4"intake fill with coolant and test drive!!!!

Will get some pics up when it looks like I've done something..

  4. bit of an update for you guys,,

ive been busy today sorting a few bits,

first of all got new tyres fitted to the zw1s so fitted those along with some 312mm brakes,

I think they fill the wheel nicely.

nearly done ,what do you think?

  5. Well stil plodding on with this ,did a little bit this weekend and after finding a great build on vortex I have changed how I'm routing the boost pipes to give the bay as smooth and clean look as I possibly can ,not easy with a vrt in the very tight rado bay.

All parts are here now just need time to fabricate and get it all fitted..

Intake and rocker will be colour coded too so should look neat and tidy,,

  6. Thanks for the comments,, will take you for a spin when it's done Luke ,,,

I built my down pipe at the weekend just need to make the rest of the exhaust now ,going for 3" 200 cell cat then 3" straight through pipe to back box will be pretty loud I think but don't want to choke the turbo,,

My intercooler has arrived it has 3" inlet and outlets so can run 3" to throttle body but will drop to 2.5" from turbo just need time to fit it,,

The rest of the parts I need will be ordered in a couple of weeks and hope to get it all fitted when I take a week off work in March

    Hope it goes to plan!,,
