    I have the same prob at the moment got told to unplug the air filter sensor and has cleared the problem,is this going to have any problematic side effects as m due to drive up to scotland ? was also thinking of putting so red x in and maybe changing the plugs is this going to be worth it??

    The main reason for coil overs is due to the fact i dont no what ride hight mine is, want it same sort of hight as youres looks but dont want to many bumps and scrapes lol

    I have been looking at buying some new shocks i have no idea what drop my car is and have no idea how to work it out so i have thought of coil overs so i can adjust the ride hight and as i only have 350 to 400 to spend i was looking at weitechi think the tx. does any one have any suggestions thanks

    Hey all i have a car which had been lowered by the previous owner, with koni shocks and eibach springs but then installed a vr lump after making the front rub and want to put new spings in to cope with aditional weight.I like the hight on the rear and want the front to be the same how do i find out what that drop is ?and can i get eibach springs to cope with the vr weight with out giving the nose dive look??

    the rear arches have been roled and is slightly higher on rear but realy only rubs when i corner.I dont know the offset but do know they are 99 s3 wheels avus. still also dont know if the carrado drive gear is wider there for putting the wheels out wider?

    i just bought a set of axel stands trolly jack and 2 wheel chocks for under 30 quid from screw fix good quality

    Sorry i have 17 215/40 and not sure what suspention i have that is my job for 2day, also thought about cabering them in abit to sit them in the arches.

    I have a mk3 gti with a carrado vr lump but have the problem where the wheels rub on the arches. Does any one know if vr wings have wider arches so the wheels would sit in them better,as i realy like my wheels and ride hight? please help with my first problem.
