    i was almost decided on a pair of type r comps for the front and coax for the rear all running of my alpine haed unit no amp yet. I then went into another car audio shop and he highly recomend focal and even gave me a demo of them (he says any way) in his car they sounded good but i could not see what was driving them exactly. I want a new car sound with punchy bass and he said these would be better than typer.Has any one ever heard or owned these and please feel free to give youre oppion as long as its not rude lol.

    Chris knott dident even give me a price as brentachre was too cheap. all it is is a 2.9 golf lowered big brakes and leather. brentacher is the best

    1st does any one elses rear lights sit out a bit from the rest of the body work? if so is there a way to sit it in tighter, as i had the cluster out and seems you would have to modify the unit?:[ 2nd my boot just misses body work on bottom left corner and again does not seem to have any adjustment on top two hinges but may be wrong.Can any one tell me if there is a way to adjust these two thing please

    First thing u need to do is open up the top of the tank( which is in the boot a circular cap) then undo the sender unit. Make sure you mark the two fuel lines and pull these off ( the fuel is still under pressure so do it slow and be ready to mop it up) unless you depressureise it fist. I didn't need to take the pump out just sender unit and with a meter, meter out each cable to see if they are damaged. One of mine was broken so I simply crimped it back and it worked. If you need me to explain any bits of this further please let me know, good luck.

    Was thinking about upgrading my facroty fitted speakers with some the same size to keep the factory look.I want more bass but retain a good sound quality. Is there any brands to look at or any recomdations ( personal expeirance)? I have a alpine head unit and a ts-wx77a active sub.

    When i purchased my vr the fuel gauge didnt work but fixed it , but my question is when i turn the ignition on it takes a while for it to register the correct amount of fuel. Is this normal and if not is there a way of fixing it ?

    watered down viniger smells a bit but works great when just polished off wit a micro fiber.

    Right fitted resistor but as i dont have a difuser not sure if it is saficiant. Whats your oppions please?

    maybe a really stupid question but what is heat sink and can you explain the procces to include compound. Thanks

    dohh just recieved 50 w resistors, o well if you can post the part no that would be great, also that would be great about the heatsink. Keep in contact.

    cool i take it you ment 10 ohms and 30 w or 50w? If you dont mind me asking how did you work that out????

    Right im trying to install some new indicators (relocated) the original bulbs are 21w and the new bulbs are 5w how do i mod them to work properly and if its adding resistors do they go in parrell or series and what sizes. Thanks in advance as i am baffled.

    do you have pics or name of place you got your lights from? Do you have any idea on how to work out what resistor you need when doing stuff like this?

    yeh but im sure i have seen them with out angle eyes ( the bmw style circular lights) again or any thing with indicators in and projectors.

    Right this is not my first post re this subject, i have mk4 style head lights and wanted to fit indicators and maybe fog so i can smooth my bumper, bur now i have a chip on one head light so was thinking about getting some new ones. Now i am sure i have seen some r32 with projectors but not angle eyes but will be ****** if i can find some were to buy them now i want them, if there was a option i would like black surrouds. Can any one piont me in the right direction it would be great.

    Thanks again rikki you always seem to be there for my silly questions, so hear is one more is the projuector that lense you see on new car head lamps?

    the people who bought from the group buy, how are they going? and i need the h7 bulb but which one did people go for ie h7c,h7r or h7rc bit confused (again) lol

    The tvr opption sounds good dont suppose you can remeber the place you bought them from?

    Was thinking about doing this, so does any one know what you need to do this (from scrappy)? Also mk4 or mk5 as i also wasted the jets that spray a mist compaired to a s**** jet of water like on the mk3s

    well if i can sourse a pair of cheap mk4 light and just copy them cant see why fogs wouldnt work aswell.cheers any way and if any one has any thing to add coments will be welcomed .
