  1. guys dont forget this is just a demo... its intended to show the graphical and online features we can expect. they plan to incorporate full damage physics into the full version. and they said it wont be half assed damage like forza... it will be very realistic. i for one love where they are taking gt5
  2. they are in the side of the seats. i'm pretty sure on that.

gotta admit i love the colour. looks nice. did anyone see that ecosse pug 206 that ran a few features and shows a year or so back? same colour with gloss black highlights.... something about those two colours is soooo right....
  5. sounds good, really need to get some plugs and lead soted for mine too soon. reckon it will make such a difference.
  6. the system was 304.99 delivered. 30 quid fitting at the local exhaust centre.
  7. cheers lads. Im pretty happy with it other than once warm it tends to rumble against some part of the car. cant work out if its the rear beam or one of the heatshields.... the saga continues... LOL
  8. Had my Jetex cat back fitted last weekend and ot a few pics taken at this months NWVAG meet in preston (bit of a drive for me but it was a decent meet). Only a few artsy ones but i reckon they show the good fit of this system quite well.. Hope everyone likes my choice of tailpipe.. i couldnt choose between this and the oval... lol [img:width=600]http://i189.photobucket.com/albums/z141/Damo1985/NWVAG1.jpg[/img:width=600] [img:width=600]http://i189.photobucket.com/albums/z141/Damo1985/NWVAG2.jpg[/img:width=600] [img:width=600]http://i189.photobucket.com/albums/z141/Damo1985/NWVAG3.jpg[/img:width
  9. jetex mate. just got one, the fit was spot on and sounds verrry similar to the stock system.. prob a good 5-8 bhp increase too...
  10. the garage who put mine on didnt even need the sleeve. lol just a reducer inside the first section and on to the cat. must say the fit is perfect. couldnt be happier
  11. HAHA i was looking at the white numbers thinking my GOD don't jack it up on the oil filter and stick a stand under the sump... bu i see what you meant now!!!
  12. by the way, what size bolt will plug this? or would exhaust putty do???
  13. praise the lord for this thread! thought i was missing something lol but i'll get a new bung now i know its normal! phew............
  14. nice! not expecting it quite so high yet but its certainly getting there lol!
  15. Looking very tidy mate. Gotta love the front end of a rado. that last pic is niiiiiiice
  16. If they are advertised as fitting all three, vr6 16 and 8v, then they will usually be 2.25-2.5 systems with reducers supplied for joining up to the cat. just means a reduction in back pressure...
  17. Cheers. thats all i was after really, just a rough idea on realistic gains from them. the closer i can get to my target of 200 the better hehe!!!!
  18. Hi guys! Getting my exhaust fitted tomorrow and im just wondering (as i have no money to get the car on a rolling road) if anyone could provide educated estimates for power output now. I'm running an early OBD2 highline, with RamAir cold air feed from bumper and will be a Jetex 3box 2.5inch catback. standard manifold and cat.. I know that most OBD2's have been known to produce more than OBD1 as standard, but im just after rough ideas where it should be at up to now. excuse my ignorance if this is impossible to give an answer to!!!! cheers
  19. prob swap them to obd2 parts on pay day. just paid 300 for the new exhaust lol
  20. just looked and the number is well under 217 but obd2 inlet and everything so i got the old tensioner n bolt....
  21. cheers guys. might swap em out for new bolt and top tensioner from the later OBD2's just to be extra safe!
  22. I'll have a butchers over me engine later and see if i can spot what it looks like...
  23. hi guys. my vr6 highline is a 96 P reg, no plastic arches / trim, newer indicators, plastic engine cover, check engine light on the cluster etc etc. Approx first use was december 96 so its a late 96 reg. All of which i took to believe its an OBD2. when i went to VW for a new chain tensioner bolt they put my reg in and said its the older engine and gave me the old, oil pressure fed bolt not the sprung one form OBD2. very confused. can anyone help me LOL
  24. I used a thick bit of cotten threaded behind the badges and just "cheesewired" it off. it leaves a fair bit of the adhesive sponge behind but that can be picked off or gently washed off with some car shampoo and hot water etc
