    hay fella good to see u back again ... now where do i start .. well i had two clutchs. a gearbox, steering rack , thermostat housing err have i missed any thing anyone ?? .... have to meet up again some time ..

    ITS ALIVE .......after a number of problems and months with out my VR :-( .... its finaly back on the road and good god i missed her and boy does she fly .... santa pod here i come ....

    check ur earths mate could have a drity or broken conection and not chargin battery correctly, some are under the battey tray and should have one goin vrom battey to body to engine/gearbox

    vw dub do one mate pretty easy to fitt aswell ... almost plug and play

    know im not a `turbo chap` but i had the same kinda thing with mine and it was the boost blowin the sparks out .... i ended up fittin 1.8 turbo plugs and gappin them down to 0.6 mm.... worth a try mate

    id agree with above mate but dont make hole in grommet to big if u cant get it with the loom as water mite get in .... trust me i know lol

    have to take lower glove box out and then unbolt it and unpulg it ... remove battery b4 u do mind just incase dont want it goin off in tu hand as it were .... and dont turn the ign on unitll plugged back in or ull have an anoyin airbag light on .... hope this helps
