u aint got a cam belt its on chain mate .... should be able to get a head gasket set which will give u all u need .... make sure the garage or bloke whos doin it knows the vr engine ....

vince at stealth does a full moncal kit pipes cooler etc think its in the range of about £200 .... if u find a cheaper option let me know as i could od with one too lol

get a pressure test done that should tell u if u got any external leaks .... -

basicly wot i got, take it ur running the breather pipe in one port and then back to the air intake from the other port ...

calling all charger and turbo owners ( yes that inc u jim ) i had a small oil catch tank about 0.5 ltr and it dont seam to anything all the oil its meant to `catch` just goes in and stright back out throu the filter and all over my hoses the tank aint fillin up it only has a few drips of oil init .... thus i have removed it and now the pipe has just s filter on it and the oil still drips out the filter ...i have read and been told but few places and mates that u idealy need 1 ltrm of tank for evey ltr of engine ... ie 2.8 u need a 3 ltr catch tank give or take .... is this right ??? if so w
