u should get new valve stem seals in a head gasket set mate as for piston rings depends how much of a rebuild u wanna do ... do it all and it will be a `new` engine .... and be good for another 100k miles ...

most people are using standard one i think ... i got a lightend one but dont really notice it .. revs up a bit faster but thats about it

just keep ur eyes on the for sale section mate shinny bits do come up on there quite oftern .... or just buy normal parts and bling them ur self ... ie alloy rocker cover, inlet mani etc etc

well spoke to dave and he said he normal gets ther about 3pm or 4pm on sat so think that could be the bench mark for a start
