yeah u shouldnt turn them over by hand with out oil pressure in the tenisnor (well i dont anyway) the tensinor need oil pressure to work correctly ....
bit hard to get mine wrong now ..... but danny allen did make a few comments at gti ....like" think ur belt tensnor had gone mate" and "i think hes with the vr6 oc ".... did make me laugh a 7.30 am thou .....
Not sure yet I got some GG 888s to give a go first see how they go do wanna try them again but think they will break something again lol gettin feed up of breaking stuff now tbh lol
atlast drive shaft is fitted, have put new coil pack on fitted new fuel return line and put fuel pressure gauge in feed line and took it for a nice long drive to get some data for my mapp .... good it felt good lol ....
lol not likely to sell mine soon mate .... ill just add the direct port system onto it lol .... check e bay there are a few kits on there .... and its not that difficult to fitt just needs setting up correctly ....
when it works and dont brake its alot of fun amte .... ther eis 3 or 4 of us running 888s me, craig, jim and jake and i think rabbit is goin to be using them aswell once he gets back on track ....
get a wizard of nos kit mate and pop a 100 shot in and ull notice it mate .... but make sure its set up correctly other wise BANG goes ur engine .... im running nos and so is jake but i only got a 50 shot at the mo and not really had a chance to use it fully .... but hopefully nite racing shoudl be good to go i wanna run a 150 shot in the end ... visit here and ull knwo all u need to know .... http://www.noswizard.com/
well i used full race slicks 3 weeks ago at gti and blew a drive shaft cv joint im the only one to do that so far ... i was doin 2nd gear burnt outs but imop full slicks are just to sticky and ull end up breaking boxes and shafts im now moving onto R888s .... i also have a gearbox with a LSD so the next weakest thing is the cv joints .... if i was u id get some 888s and a diff and u `should` be ok ....
