    I managed to get the throttle body to adapt OK. But still only thinks its on part throttle when its wide open.

    as long as you plugged the pipe coming from the valve it wouldnt make any difference Ahh, that may be my problem then. Ive completely removed it inc the pipework. All I've left was the valve connected to the loom. I'll put the pipe work back on and plug it.

    Ok so the car is now in full winter mode. I've raised it up about a inch. Although I may raise the front up some more as i got some nose down action at the moment.

    I wonder if could be because ive removed the carbon canister ? Still left the valve plugged in though.

    I fitted a new Lambda sensor when i fitted the de-cat pipe. Its only lumpy in the mornings when the car is cold, but also a bit funny going between idle when on the move once warmed up. Its a Stage 2 Kit with red top Injectors. Thanks for the help.

    Thanks Russ. They were the plugs in the car from when i purchased it. I was surprised the car ran what so ever.

    I replaced the spark plugs last night with Bosh FR7KPP33+ recomended by Vince @ Stealth. The old plugs were a litte worn Ive also since managed to adapt the Throttle body. Unfortunatly the car is still a bit jerky when cold. But absolutly perfect when its warmed up. Ive reinstalled the 3bar fpr which may have helped a bit, Any Suggestions Welcome.

    Ive made sure there are no engine faults, correct water temp and voltage but still unable to Carry out throttle body adaptition.Still getting error 098 Has anyone else seen or had this problem ?

    So last night and today ive mostly been doing this. Having a few teething problems. Main one being the Ecu is only seeing 74% throttle when its at WOT (wide open throttle). And were having problems trying carry out a TBA (throttle body adaption). Apart from that its ok, but just not as fast as i was hoping. Guessing that thats because im missing 26% of the possible avalible power, Going to carry out some more tests tomorrow.

    Sorry to hijack the thread. I usually get the ferry from newcastle to Amsterdam. Total mileage is no more than 600 miles.

    Good times. Glad you enjoyed yourself and came home damage free. Ive been 3 times now both Motorbiker and car and the buzz never changes. Planning to go back very soon i hope.

    Thanks guys. Been busy with getting bits ready for the car. First had my winter wheels refurbished. And tonight I thought I'd make sure my belt would fit my charger setup. It fits, so its all go for Saturday. Cannot wait.

    Is the oil comming out of the actual sensor ? Or can you just replace the copper washers ?
