    right, got the wheels, but im stuck between having them polished, or having the centers done a dark metalic black with polished lips / painted lips. any ideas..im having trouble finding pics of either.

    nah, no baby yet.... but we still have the weekend to go . and lisa isnt due till this coming thursday, so we will just have to wait for the little bundlw of joy to arrive. ironically i hate waiting for anything, so this 9 month wait is killing me.

    i have enough space on the camera , to video the trip over, 20-30 laps and the trip back ................. i guess ill keep it on . and a few larger petrol stations would be nice, as most of the ones we did a splash a dash in, were no bigger than my bank balance

    right, got me new kwp200o thing, it does the vagcom stuff asdwell problem is , i still cant get it to commincate with the interface. it finds the port ok, and thats it. pins 4 to 7 , rad 10.17 volts, now following the vagcom help page , that means that someting is wrong i have disconnected the radio and anything attached to it, wiring looks fine, but still no joy. does someone have a ecu pinout for the k-line , as i will try to do it straight off the loom. please help , as ive got some stuff i really need to sort out. cheers jim

    cheer justin, they are as far as i know, standard fit wheels. im also planning on doing something with the inner rim and mayby a polished outer lip.. i may give the 195's a go. thx

    picking them up later this week. but what tyre size can i run... can you run a 195/50 15 , or do i need to stick to the 205/50 15 that it should have. opinons please, with practical experience of the tyres if you have some. cheers jim

    forgot to say, mine was a large and it fits better than my xl vr6oc shirt ???? quality feels ok, and im told they will wash just fine.

    i got them made locally, anything could be added or taken away, down to the individual. as theres around 9 of us from the same town going , we thought it would be nice to have something to remember the event by. i reckon a vr6oc tag on the opposite breast would look good. if the general consencous is that people want some, ill look into getting some made up etc. at least i wont forget my name, as its on the back of me t-shirt i was gonna get number 69 on the back , but the wife was giving me disaproving looks

    please forgive the slighty dale winton pose, was mucking about with the wife, batteries died on the last shot , so thats the one ou all get to see. ive got it in black ,and a very nice sky blue, total cost 11 pound per tee shirt.     forgot to add, if you cant hear the pump priming when it dont start then its probaly the fuel pump relay, as these are also common. problem with intermtant faults , is that they are just that intermitant, they are a engineers knightmare

    im sure when i looked at mine it was noticably burned on the bottom of the relay were the pins are, from all the arcing. i think from memory its the one to the left top of the fuse box, quite fiddly to get to.. but i may be wrong

    really, i love the morretes, i need to have them sprayed , but at the mo, it needs the bonnet and bumper doing also. to each thier own. to be fair they were very cheap, and its the only reason i got them.

    patios built those are spare, plus another 5 or so out the back. gonna build a extension for the car to the side of the concrete you can see, so i can get 3 on the drive plus 1 in the garage.
