Just passed a Really bad accident on my way back from the airport!! It involved one of those new Skodas. People are ok, but theres bits of f*****g cake everywhere!!!

just a quick question.... Its almost time to put my VR back on the road, does anyone know if u can get 6 months insurance?? or do u have to go for a years cover and just cancel it when u want to put the car off teh road for winter again!! Thanks alot.

As my vr is off the road for winter just now, i start it up every week and give it a run so as nothing seazes etc. Last week i started it up as usual, everyhting fine, let the oil heat to about 84 and ran it as usual! Today, it was raining, so went to put my wipers on, nothing. Rear wiper...nothing. Rear de-mister......nothing. dipped beam headlights....nothing. Pulled the fuse cover off, and saw that all the things mentioned above were on consecutive fuses, 5 through to 10 i think. Checked the fuses, all fine!! Could it be a resistor?? and if so, any one have any ideas of which one?? Many tha

Dont see why not mate! do the same job at the end of the day, might not last as long and ride quality might be a bit worse, but hey, for £140 u cant complain!! -

as above. Except ive got a diesel too. The vr is off the road the now for winter, hopefully going back on soon once ive lowered it, and it will only be used for weekends. Cheap diesel car, VR for weekends, u will regret selling it! p.s. i posted on the front page about ur coilpack! try euro car parts!

Who u with?? ive always found direct line to be cheapest. im 23 and when is on the road, its about £650
