i think most peolpe go down the route of forced induction as you get much more favourable power gains for money with a supercharger .

i if your car is a mk2 or 3 golf it is adjustable . if you remove the front wheel and look you will see the front shock this is bolted onto the hub assembly with 2 nuts and bolts ,the bolts i have found fit into the top bolt hole to alow easy adjustment . if you were to lossen these bolts the hub assembly moves quite a bit in and out hence your camber adjustment . The blokes dont know what they are talking about i think . I will try and get some pics for you over the weekend . Were do you live ? fFnd a place that carries out full wheel aliment they will be able to do it and should know -

im looking into this myself im having tyre wear isuses im runnig coil overs quite low and killing my tyres basicly have been lazy and not put it on works 4 wheel aliner . but i have found these to aid adjustnent time http://www.performancealloys.com/loweringkits_springs.asp ( adjustment bolts on page £55 delivered ) 1 of my mate has also talked me into having a go at some sprints next year im also looking into camber adjustment plates that alow fast adjustment of the camber at the track from the top of the strut something along the line of this need to investigate further http://forums.vwv

o yes jim im well up for this it would be rude not to . still no wheels that sucks gav and i hope your car is done for then tony that for (no i cant bing my self to type it ) will have fallen apart through abuse before then lol . i should be all strut braced up for then as well

could fail if the toe out on turns is incorrect causing one wheel to touch the body on full lock . i know that track and camber are adjustable but i dont think you can adjust the caster without plates that bolt onto the top of your struts and alow you to move them forward and backwards if the caster is out this normaly means somthing is bent .

thats crap what are they not covering him . er thats way you have insurance i would go hammer and tong at them even get a legal advise seams that insurance companies are tring to get out of anything these days but are happy to take your money.

o sh1t thats so sad its going to the big vw graveyard in the sky . i wonder what caused that it was eather the electrics or a fuel leak . i would not be suprised if the insurance company dont get a fire investigator to look at it .
