    The smooth look is pretty cool, but why make the front end look smooth if you're going to completely demolish the lines with the number plate to one side? in my opinion that looks bad ebough on Alfa's, let alone Golfs!

    Hi, are all mk3 golf rear view mirros the same?? I haven't got an original item, its stuck on the windscreen with a rubber sucker thing. the original mounting point is there, so I want an original one. Do they all fit? Mines a 97 highline BTW.

    Hi, when I'm cruising on the motorway, around 80-90MPH, my temp display on the MFA reads at 100-102, sometimes creeping up to 104. I did about 125mph and it was at 108. Is this normal????? !dodge

    Hi all! When driving, my Airbag light is constantly on and the ABS light below it comes on and off intermittently (if its on when I start the ignition it stays on, if not it comes on after a bit of hard driving). Whats up with it? %-6

    Would door dropping explain the 3mm gap I have between the top of the door and the body? IT makes an awful windy noise when driving!

    Thanks for all your advice. The clutch died today! Gutted! Oh well, its in the garage, and will be ready tomorrow afternoon!!! Wahey!!!

    I think it could be the power cable, so I'll try and run one on the outside of the car. Hope it works, need bass!

    The amp is about a year old, and was working fine in my other car. All the leads are set up right.

    No funny noises at all and the biting point is right at the top. How much am I looking at for a new one fitted???

    Its in all gears. It takes off when I hit around 3500-4000rpm

    I think there's something wrong with my clutch on my 97 VR6 Highline. When pulling away, there is very limited power, and its only if I floor it, that it really kicks in, around 3500-4000 rpm. At first I though it was wheelspinning, but it definitly isn't! Any ideas??

    Help! Just installing an amp and sub, all wires are in and connected. Everytime I hook the power cable up to the battery, the 30amp fuse on the amp pops. All the wiring is correct and there are no bad earths. Whats going wrong?????

    It was the power steering fluid, or, lack of! The VW dealer across the road from my house filled it up for me free of charge!!!!!

    Hi, can anyone help? I've noticed a kind of whiney hissing noise that seems to be coming from the drivers side of the engine bay. It is not always there, but comes and go's on cornering. It first started when I went on full lock. IS it something to do with the PAS? Fluid etc? Hope someone can help! %-6
