    Going to come along on the Sunday if my car is out of the garage (having the charger fitted so fingers crossed) What is the deal? just turn up, pay your money at the gates find all the other VRs, park up and get naked? or have I got the wrong idea?! are people without VRs welcome or do they have to park elsewhere?

    How do you go about having your car on the VR6OC stand at shows? Is there some kind of initiation ceremony? Would I be required to kill a chicken? or is it a bit more simple?

    Yeah both OBD2, Is it JUST a shorter belt that is required for the swap then? Cheers for the replies by the way

    What different bits do I need when taking a VF stage 2 from a VR with aircon and putting it in a VR without aircon? Also, I have a 12psi pulley, tensioner and belt waiting to go on that is meant for a car with aircon. What needs to be different to fit it to a VR without?> Can I jsut take the remapped chip from one and put it straight in the other? Sorry, Bit useless when it come to things like this. Cheers for your help.

    If you can get the car and the charger for that amount then I would say that is your best bet although I think you should budget yourself around £6k for all the work and a decent base car. I don't think I could part with mine for £5k but feel free to make an offer I can't refuse! Pics are in the members rides section

    Maybe nothing to do with it but mine had a problem with stalling at junctions after it was remapped. Turned out to be a dirty throttle body making it stick shut. Just cleaned it out and it solved the problem.
