    you want rough on the inlet side to a degree to aggitate to the air fuel mix for better combustion and smooth on the outlet (exhaust) as it allows the gases to exit faster.

    it would be preferable to have a lower compression metal head gasket, although for the 1st stage it is not essential but i would suggest one as a matter of course

    a rhd setup is being sorted with manifold and new down pipe, the supercharger is more easily reverted back imo

    if possible then absolutely and means you can clamp the wrap properly rather than trying to get screwdrivers in awkward places

    a car jack bar and keep the car jack in the boot...perfectly good reason for having it with you then

    yeah you can wrap it yourself, it can get a bit fiddly and some of the fibres fall off the wrap onto you and make you itch like hell, but no real need to pay a garage

    it speads up the airflow from the exhaust and so should exit the gases quicker

    yeah it does, but the heat is not doing the engine bay any favours

    Gav, Things like this do happen in the import game...i know .....they are good chaps there and from what yor saying they are treating you well as best as they can....many times we are at the mercy of our suppliers and things like this we just cant avoid. p.s Will pm you later this week chappy

    i dont like them either, but you cant take away once they have the 2ltr engine they are fast and if they put the 2ltr turbo engine in they are plain scary!

    its all about power to weight ratio...they weight nothing and they have added 150bhp engines, and yes they are very quick, but lets face it...do you really want a corsa or a nova????
