    Oh i didnt realise we had to analise EVERY game in blow by blow detail...........Arsenal cant play a game next week as apparantly there is going to be an extra Africa cup of nations game and they will only have 1 player left who isnt african

    :-| ooooops, hub adaptors/spacers are notorious for coming loose, you need to check the torque regularly, all that time spent on the rollers has possibly made them un seat? its down to heat and movement it dont look too bad condiering what happened to Tony (cabrioman) when some chopper at a tyre fitting bay left his wheel nuts loose!

    So the Japs have finally conceded that Euro styled cars ARE better looking and selling than your nans micra with an ironing board on the back! I have said it before and i say it again, regardless of horsepower/speed a Jap car is fragile and spends more time in a workshop than on the road! and have massive depreciation in value, and they call that "fun"

    Tony what time you heading up? fancy a Cabrio convoy? Im going in my mk1 (its going on the outside mk1oc stand) as the VR will be gone by then and the Corrado will be in the body shop, give us a shout, i was aiming to leave around 6am as last year it took 2 1/2 hours to get there then a long que for entry and they have that stooooooooooooooopid 9am cut off for the display stands and totally robotic and unflexible meat head car park attendants

    this thread is about Hating Arsenal........not some painted mountain men sympathisers weilding sticks or petrol bombs If you dont like "the English" then why support one of their teams?....oh thats right. NONE of the Arsenal team have any English Talent do they......just more foreigners

    You lost......whatever the cup or whatever people think of it? its now at tottenham.......theres none at Arsenal yet this season...and doubt there will be either.....spurs had their years of domination in the 70`s & 80`s so its not all one sided and the present is now not what you have done! Anyway how can someone from Northern ireland comment on quality football!!! Northern Ireland??? last time they qualified for ANY tornament? last famous moment? ray somebody or other scored against the italians? they should stick to shinti or whatever its called Hows the Brummied amputee getting on?

    good point well presented the best mk2 has got to be the Rallye, then the Gti G60 or the limited, none are very "common" really but they truely are awesome cars

    I have experienced this snubbery too, but as i own (ed) all of them mk`s at the same time i can honestly say the mk1 is a cult car AS WE ALL KNOW, the mk2 is a bit dull to be fair, and the mk3 maybe not the pretiest of all the golfs but is truely better than a mk4 and a vast improvement on a mk2.........people are snobby about the mk1, i have had 5 mk1`s and to be honest they are great cars and wicked to drive......looks and styling are definately my favourite....but they are very basic, cold, agricultural brakes, and not really an everyday all weather car now days imo, anyone looking for a bl

    I already have the Corrado! and i kind of made my mind up to sell the VR about 10 months ago, I just fancied going back to a G60 powered VW i guess, love the VR but i have never had a Corrado and it is a different sort of beast, anyone whos ever had or got a corrado will tell you what a nice driving position and the handling is awesome, i never do big mods as i like the cars as they come visiually, and the Corrado is a bit of an all time classic in its own right now, i hear what ya say but the VR has to go as i cant have 3 dubs!!

    cheers mate, I shall still come to events with the VR6OC and the new Corrado will undergo a few "changes" in the next few weeks its definately getting lower and wider and it will definately be getting faster although its pretty quick as it is it dont sound quite like the VR but it certainly sounds mean! de cat and full stainless Jetex are already on it

    dunno why people are put off by 5 door cars? all the 3 door ones are ragged to death/crashed/repaired or mega miles!! and your mates dont have to climb over the seats to get in the back! (if you have any) 4 opening windows and a sunroof is coolio (h)
