    need my engine number to order an exhaust man gasket to fit my 6-2-1 VW claim they need the engine number to get the correct part. she said on the phone it comes in 2 parts do i need both as the manifold goes straight onto the exhaust valves??

    i agree that it will make little difference. bought a ram air last month and it made my car slower so bought a bmc and going to see what difference it makes will report back my findings

    must admit nobody apart from the police ever flashed their lights at me and it was in my old car still to be stopped in this one!! looks swet with the angel eyes hope mine looks as good with the mk4 style ones fitted!! also the chrome badge at the front looks alot better all u need is a set f 19'' spinners now lol

    i bought those lights the other day and will be gtting fitted on wed when im back onshore. should look sweet with the crystal indicators and grill. nice car by the way colour i wanted and ended up with silver. any reason u went for the grill with dadges rather than without?? i find with not one badge on the car people try racing alot more thinking it may only be a 1.4 but soon teach them it's not!!

    struggling not much room and don't want it catching no belts do we! iv changed mine to a BMC now as the ram air slowed my car down!!

    nice like the plug aswell. u have a standard exhaust before or u just ad the decat?? u think it's worth de-catting mine??

    just fill the filter first save starvation and who ever changed their oil and didn't get dirty like!!

    better sound good cos im changing to one i bought of ebay recently. had a ram air but made the car slower although seriously loud all the time started to give me a headache

    thought the same till i realised the splitter was about 2in to short on each side. thinking about it the golf will be the same width but the vento has a much longer nose so that will be why the other bits are longer. so where can i get a cheap vento splitter or even an after market one would do!!

    got another problem aswell my splitter is shorter than the bumper cso think it,s a vento bumper and a golf splitter where would i get a vento one to fit to it??

    well taken the cheap option bought a BMC lol. what a muppet i am anybody wish to buy a ram air pro ram?? only a month old what a waste of money!!!

    fitted my induction kit a ram air pro-ram pretty much the day i bought my car. remember it being faster before i fitted it so is it worth while fitting a cold air feed and a heat shield?? should it make a significant difference??

    nice colour get ur front splitter colour coded. is ur front splitter one piece?? mines two bits any ideas why?

    oh well didn't know that is yours complete like?? or if not can i just fit the cover at all?? would definatly be interested cos it would look better than the grey one even with a slight dent. how much ya want??

    well this week 0 miles next week 0 miles then prob about 300 a week for the next 3 weeks after that then 0 for the following 2 weeks and so on guess where i work!!

    mine was replaced with a grey one due to a fault with the old one need a black one so where can i get one and how much??

    id say it's the smell of your breaks mate mine does similar and they both smell about the same.

    my power steering seems to be rather heavy when idiling but if i rev the engine it becomes lighter and it also occasionally makes a kind of wining noise is the pump on the way out or is the belt just slipping??

    just bought my vr and i know it's hot ouside but ithout opening the window even with the blower full bore my car seems to be roasting the engine seems to sit at 90oC all the time and the oil temp about 100 is this normal??
