yep, I know what you're saying but went in a scooby once and hated it - quick but no refinement. Used Porsche yes, but how old are we talking about - old enough! btw, sub and amp sound great - cheers!
I'd love a 3 door too but the missus wants 5. The choice is buy a reasonably practical GTI or buy a 3 door GTI and sell my VR and I sure as hell ain't doing that! To be honest, the 5 door actually looks pretty good I think (obviously not as nice as a 3 tho)...I'd love a 3 door too but when we're spending that kind of money it has to be a joint decision unfortunately!
morning all, currently considering placing an order for the new GTI (obviously not instead of the VR!) and wondered if any of you had driven this yet or what you think - I test drove it on sunday and thought it was fantastic. Thoughts appreciated!
as far as I can tell the jet isn't blocked but think I'll have a proper look at all the pipes and see if there are any blockages or kinks. I couldn't see anything straight off but might need a more detailed look!
Does anyone know why my windscreen washers might not be working properly? One jet on the passenger side (the furthest one away from me predictably) seems to be ok but all the others just come out as a trickle (not handy when flying down the M40 on sunday with a windscreen covered in salt) - the jets aren't blocked and the water reservoir is full. Cheers!
it's a Viper 400.2 amp and as far as I'm aware there was another Viper amp running 2 12" JL audio subs. I prob would only want to go for one sub at the moment though
When I bought my car it came with fronts, mids and a 2 channel amp running them. The sub had been taken out. Do I now need to get another amp to be able to run any sub that I buy (which I need to do very soon!) or is it a case of just hooking up another sub to the setup I already have? I'm a bit useless on the old stereo/electical front so any help would be appreciated!
bugger, still can't get this to work! I copied the link onto my settings in the way you said (without spaces) but still doesn't seem to work - aaarrghh!
