hey readers, hope u all well, i was a happy bunny up to now paying 800 third party for my VR and being 22 with no ncb that is CHEAP renewal came thru and now they want 4000 for it, UNBELIEVABLE!!!! i live in east london which does not help at all any life lines please???? or the VR will have to go x) &|

i think it was a 5.1 but not sure either -
well to fit coilovers it was 70, then cambering and tracking will be 60 all in, and i mean PROPER camber and tracking latest equipment!!

well the ride will become more bumpy and stiff on coilovers and a bit less bumpy on springs and shocks, overall u will get alot of improved handling id say by about 70% lol, took it round a bend at 80 the other day

hi, just wanted to ask fellow members their opinions, i can either mount it in the central air vents where the system already is and move the system down to the centre console this will result in me losing the central air vents but the screen will be in the perfect place, OR... i can simply mount the screen in the centre console and have no less airvents. only prob is though that the screen will be less visible with the gear stick in the way, advantage being cops will never be able to see that the screen is on whilst im driving, what you think???? cheers

i have the RS4 on my facelift vr, at first the caliper was ever so slightly knocking against the wheel, then they put 5mm spacers i think and its perfectly clear, [as far as i know] jacked it up and spun the wheel and it goes round and round and round and round lol

i just lowered mine on some PATEC coilovers, i can just about put my hand inbetween the tyre and the arch front and back, best thing is does not rub at all full lock etc and goes over speed bumps like a dream, its on 215/40/17

are all coilover adjuster tools the same? or do they diffeR? (different make) -
hey guys all sorted!!! took it back and told them i aint driving out until its sorteed, they changed the front wheels to the back and tightened the coilovers a bit more, then they pushed back the brake disc guard behind the disc, and voila, all is fine!!!! thanks for your help!!!

checked all that, think i am going to go and get the center rings fitted today and see how it goes, SOO ANNOYING though, just when u want things to go smoothly

what was wrong with the RS4? cuz i just put them on and there seems to be some sort of grinding feeling and noise coming, did you have same problem? -
hi, i just had new RS4 7.5 x 17 alloys fitted with coilovers, everything is fine and it looks awesome, one problem - whilst in motion i can sense this grinding type of feeling from the front tyres, i checked the tyres and there is no sign of scraping or rubbing and there is plenty of space in the arches as well, i did have a slight knocking with the calipers but they rectified this with spacers, but the grinding feel is still there, it sort of gets worse as i brake and you can feel it on the pedal. could it be the bearing or the fact that they have not put center rings in [when i asked them

oh mate, u shud av kept an eye out, i was selling mine, i know its green but its a nice green, 63K FVWSH all old mots, absolutely good condition and sooo much power left, now just yesterday i dropped it on 17" RS4 alloys, on nice coilovers, look the dogs!!! u shud av grabbed it while it was for sale, non-disappointing

will do mate, the smoke comes now and then, in the morning during the day, warm cold everything. i think i need to smell the fumes from the exhaust

there is no water leak or mixing with oil
