    didnt want t shell out 60 odd quid t get new wires mate so as killokiller advised just bridged out the wires in the engine bay.. i know that im not gona get the warning light come on when the pads are low but its not as if i never look at then is it hope alls well with your beasty's mate catch up soon ben

    yeah same as.. cant wait t get rid of that massive gap in the front wheel arch lol.. gsf are german swedish french they have depots all over the place call the london branch on 020 89173877 then they'll give you a number for your local..

    pittuf i also got some rear mounts tday.. ordered them from gsf part numbers 45737 strut top mount, 45722c susp top mount-re lo, 45722b susp top mount-re up and the bearing that i nearly forgot but the guy from gsf rang me back and said id also need is 45737a strut top bearing.All added up to £37.30 which i thought was quite reasonable.. hope this is ok mate..sorry not much help in the vw part numbers, but im sure if u want genuine parts give em a call and they will help u out,, good luck fitting mate.. post some pics up once youve got her sorted. cheers ben

    hello mate.. i use synta semi synthetic now found that to be the best. After using magnetec she gave me abuse from the tapets so found synta was the way! lol olly k, same as on the petrol front!!

    just got 4 brand spanking new ( wait for it acf ! ) uniroyal 540's and would highly rate them, got a good deal from just tyres aswell size 205/45/16n's for 210 notes.. very impressed especially in the rain

    right done what was suggested tday with the wires( there to badly corroded) still no go.. might have t take it to get the wires redone proper now.
