    Try a new expansion bottle cap, if air gets in (unpressurised) the water will boil.

    They look real good compared with the standard hella's. They do steam up as most people will tell you. This is easily fixed though with some Silicon sealer around the glass/plastic join and the plastic panel at the back that you remove to replace filaments. Some peeps put silica gel in there too...

    If in doubt madmonkee I would enlist the services of Stealth Racing to fit it, would well be worth the £117.50 Vince would charge you to fit it.

    Ok guys, we've ordered the Manifolds, lets have a running of tips for fitment etc and a general how your getting on with it etc... I'm going to fit mine myself and then get a remap at some point, what have you lot decided to do??? Vince
