  1. i totally agree, couldnt believe it when it came. you could fart on it and bend it ! x)
  2. got it at discount rate as it took them ages to do ( 6months) but guess around 350 to 400, lots of work to get right and they said they wouldnt do another
  3. thanks mate, i am so used to having a white bonnet it seems strange, i even got asked by some p*ssed up twat in town once how much to........ thought i was a taxi !!
  4. hate slating anybody but this really p*ssed me off ! this is only the 2nd time (and last) i have used them, the first time they charged me 30 quid to tighten 1 bolt. anyway i wanted some crystal indicators for the front of the vr so rang to check they had some IN STOCK the guy took ages on his pc and took the part no. from the advert in the magazine FROM ME. one style wasnt instock the others with sidelights were. bear in mind i said at the begginig i didnt want dummy replacements. i travel down to be told.... yes you guessed it... they only ever have the dummy ones in stock ! i said your jo

  7. saw this advertised for sale http://www.edition38.com/board/viewtopic.php?t=3776 bet it goes well and suprises a few 'quick' cars ! shame he doesnt want to do a px on my vr i would have loved it, but would totally change the look, maybe some smaller wide splits, lose the green backlights and stickers/badges ect. could be made a stunner!

  9. some varying opinions, but how can it be vile? our mk3's arent exactly known for their looks.
  10. you gotta be kidding !! just checked out some loans, if i borrowed 15K over 15 years (dreaming i know) i would pay back 25 large ones !! looks like i will be sticking with the vr for a bit longer
  11. if only i wasnt looking to move house (and double my mortgage payments) i would be so tempted to get a big loan and buy this baby it nearly 20k but you dont see many widebody shnitzer m3's ! its got all the shnitzer bits aswell > splitrims, suspension, exhaust, and has very low miles. cost 66k new (its a t plate if i remember) drool
