Well, I ve probably registered on this forum about/maybe more than 5 years. So this I hint is my 1st post. This is my story, have owned a mk3 vr6 and mk3.5 cabrio for almost 15 years, yes, I'm old, sorta off ;-). I was a die hard mk2 16v fan, till I drove my first mk3 vr6. Done deal. Needed, wanted and got my first 15 years ago. Well I got older and I sold the mk3. :-( about 13 years odd ago. I missed the vr6 and thought I transplant vr6 motor into my wife's mk3.5. This was done 9 years ago, it lasted about 3 months as N/A engine, then I turbo'd it, then I got married and with this ........ T

Got my side repeater delete/ badges on today; Very pleased with them about as oe looking as possible I think Also got the new headlamp surround fitted kindly found and donated / swapped with Bealieboy, I think I now have pretty much a brand new set of Hella quads[emoji4] it's only taken a year! So on Thursday evening we got back to work and managed to get the crank bolted back on and all the new rods attached to the old pistons. We got 2 of the pistons back into the block and left it at that for the night. Last night got back to work again but it has come to a stop as we managed to break one of the piston rings and not having any joy with getting some more quick so looks like I can't do nothing until next week now!

Firstly I apolagise for the girl like description. Saw a dark blue vr6 in maidstone today just by notcuts a249 roundabout. Nice alloys. I apolagise for staring at u lol
