petervr6 0
only think i can think of is if you have some thing worn on the left side of the car suspension wise or camber could be out. has it always done it have you had any thing change recently?
Zonda_ 0
So does mine as did my first one. The general consensus I got was that it was normal, they just suffer from a lot of torque steer. Mine will happily drive in circles if you let it!
dipped 0
ive bin told its coz they have a shorter drive shaft on one side than the other

Justicevr6 0
Just as a matter of intrest how do you ajust the camber,I had the tracking done but it still pulls to the left, I have just brought new lower wishbones in case it has been kerbed and will fit them along with new struts,I know I will have to have the tracking done again but will they be able to do the camber if needed.(Sorry not my thread but on the same lines). Zonda_ 0
Only certain places can do a camber setup properly as they need a full laser jig. Worth finding one that does it though as they will give you a printout of what it was before and after.
dipped 0
search for tracking and allighment specialists they will have all the equipment for camber setups etc
vr6turbo 27
you can buy adjustable cam type lower boltswhen you turn them they adjust the camber in and outonce set you torque up the nut and bend over the metal tab to stop the nut loosening off, i cant remember where i got them (maybe awesome gti) the mechanic setting up your camber will usually use a pry bar or a special vw tool
Bman 0
you can buy a magnetic camber gauge for £35 http://www.tooled-up.com/Product.asp?PID=134038&MAN=Sealey-Magnetic-Camber-Gauge and you don't need to buy cam bolts as the golf has slotted holes on the shocks for camber adjustment.
