acf8181 0
please wait till i fix my vr6, or get a new car!and lets do donnington, as its the best in the cost versus run off stakes (silverstone and rockingham have better run off, but cost loads)

acf8181 0
sounds a bit max power like to me, which will probably mean very little track time, and a lot of poor driving.
ingham 5
yep but its cheap and soon dont want to long on track as i will get carried way and stuff it
acf8181 0
actually, i'd say its better to have more tracktime. that way you know theres no rush to get upto speed, and you can take your time.i once got given 30mins in a clio cup racer...i normally build up very slowly on track, but knowing i didn't have much time i pushed from the pitlane exit...result...went into gravel on second lap! oops!i also wouldn't trust max power kevs on track with my vr6, they'll probably take you out! and remember that you're responsible for your own car when on a trackday.[ Edited Tue Apr 20 2004, 06:10PM ]

acf8181 0
donnington or silverstone only for me...i value my car! (all the rest have limited run off, except maybe snet - but that has bumpy run-off that often flips the cars over)ideally silverstone, but it'll prob be too expensive...i know my way round there like the back of my hand!would also do rockingham.[ Edited Tue Apr 20 2004, 08:45PM ]
patrick green 0
I'd do it providing no-one minds me drving round like an old woman for a while! Though some advice from 'old-hands' at this kinda thing would be very welcome!
vwmadgirl 0
I will do one.... :-) been on silverstone before so that would be cool, but think that one cost abit doesnt it...? What will the cost be roughly to do a track day then for each person??
