J5KE F 0 Posted November 8, 2011 Author Report Share Posted November 8, 2011 Update from saturday....Thanks to Parkie, Russ and Bungy for offering services for the morning..so we managed to get:the fuel tank pump and wiring sortedFuel pump and filter in positionUp rate the vr fuel linesInstalled the brake line extensionsMounted the intercoolerFitted the rad and water hosesFitted the boost hosesGot the carpets back in and the seats in position.Sorted the boot out as now finished!Started to template the exhaust pipeworkSince then I have now ordered new 76 nd 63mm boost hoses and pipework, and sourced an amazingly cheap turbo replacement or the old t3/t4!And sourced exhaust bits to modify tonys 3"er Plan for this saturday is:Swap wheels for audi peperpotsBleed brake linesInstall new boost hoses and re-route pipeworkFit new turboMake up / modify exhaust (have ordered a 2.5"-3" adaptor and a 20degree angle for downpipe)Cut and shut seat runners for buckets..Wire up fuel pumpInstall dash board and associated bitsFit batteryFill up with petrol and turn key!Scratch head..........
