25th/26th June 2011 - the event opens at 9am doors from 7.30am to avoid local congestion.

GTI International will again be held at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground in Leicestershire, not far from Junction 20 of the M1.

Last weekend of June. Camping was a great success last year, with a bar and entertainment, allowing visitors to stay on site overnight and enjoy the whole weekend. The same will be happening again this year but also the Camping area will have a dedicated caterer opening from 7am to 11.30pm

The camping area will be close to the central area of GTI International, and will provide toilets, showers and catering, so campers should have all that they need.

GTI International, organised by Volkswagen Driver and Audi Driver magazines, is now in its 23rd year.

The event began in 1988, at Knebworth Park, before moving to the TRL in Crowthorne until 2002, when it moved first to Wroughton near Swindon and then to Bentwaters Park in Ipswich for 2003. This is now the sixth year at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground.
