Miss-Vw 2
Yep thanks for all of the advice guys. Im not going to try and fight it, no point. The letter I received was actually a photocopy of the letter that the hire car company got from the police. They have forwarded on my details so Im having to wait to hear from the police officially. Live and learn i suppose.

Phat VR6 3
got mine on the 24 of this month 110 in a 70. under cover ST ive sent them a letter along with my court summuns which just talks about loosing my job, finding more work with the recession.. Its really amassing how a cheeky bit of sensible right foot can totally balls up your life.. Im going to loose my job,i wont be able to find another job. i was planning on moving out, half way though my bike test.. just brought a MX bike that i now wont be able to take any wherejust imagine if i had a family to look after and morage to pay.ive done something wrong but it all seems a little harsh. I think they should just give out massive fines and maybe some kind of system that stops you been able to drive quick cars... get caught doing 110 and your only aloud to own a 1l micras lol
hvr6 88
yeah but then they'd start to look at tracking cars, be difficult to control what car people drove and if it was based on fines all the rich men would be driving round like lunatics ;-)
