rite after alot of debat i have decided to put the cabby back to N/A so i can atleast use it ...

strarted this moring like this

off with the charger and intake pipe

now hava collection of super charger parts !!! :-(

all gagues removed and water injection romoved, all old injectors back in, belt tensnor back on, oil return for charger blocked off, just need a belt, air intake pipe found my old chip i think so hope fully be running by the end of the week ....

yeah its uprated cermaic bearings .. well got 12 psi pully on there at the mo but having tenson issues and u know all about that wot was the most psi u got out of urs ????

12 lol imho thats the limit with a pulley/belt setup the chargers are supposed to be good for 20 psi IF you can make it stick iv seen a cogged setup somewhere probably here but its bloody expensive. the rotrex setup looks simpler as they barely need any tension at all im goin rotrex on the 3.2 but il always maintain that the vortech is a damn good unit

rite put it back to N/A 99 % then managed to get the charger apart and the bearings ..... stayed together thank god for that. found they were fitt the wrong way round, wot silly twat did that :-# 8-) swapped them around and rebuilt it poped it back on the car tonight and bing bango no more rattles ... now goin to put all the charger bit back on and run it see how she goes .....
