noticed it says v6 aswell would be cool if they did a proper revised vr6 15 degree displacement with those turbos but still this engine is awesome.

ahh pete i remember when the heater matrix on my vr was on its way out, the steam building up on the windscreen and the water leak was horrendous. I think i paid my mechanic £200 to get this done but you know what its just one of those fair wear and tear things its not the cars fault its just with age and needs to get replaced. infact i would like to share that iv had the vr for 2.5 years and iv only had fair wear and tear issues and iv noticed that i have had more issues with my mk3 gtis that i had in the past with endless bills. the vr only needed a new clutch, front engine mount, new bolts

would of been better if it said vr6 at the front and back though. and why does it only have 5 air flowing intakes on top of the cover? thought it would have 6 as its suppose to be a 6 cylinder engine.

Pete your times were awesome im gonna upload mine this afternoon, I think I did 15. something seconds @ 94mph, cant believe I had 5 goes on the strip it felt like only a couple due to the long wait in the queue!! I think I heard someone spilt some oil. oh yeah and it just started to pour down after mine and josh's last run lol pheww

you can say that again it was so FUN loved it. was a pleasure to meet Pete and all of you at the club stand I had an amazing time and yeah Josh our drag races were awesome!! hopefully we get to do this again soon and keep in touch with all of you. I will upload my drag times later on after I get back from work. (NO SLEEP LAST NIGHT COULDNT STOP THINKING ABOUT THAT JET DRAGSTER, 265MPH IN 5 SECONDS LOL AND THE NOISEE OF THAT THING)

so the gates open at 9am but we don't all have to crash in at 9am sharp? I know some places allow a certain time to enter, when does the event finish? hope its ok for me to bring a friend as a passenger who will be paying for entry fee ofcourse.

I made this account and sort of forgot about it lol until I got an email notification about next sundays santa pod gti festival. I am definitely looking forward to it hope to see some of you lot there too. in the meantime please tell me what you think of my VR, had it for about 2 years now and its been nothing but madness and joy, hopefully il make some time to upload more later.. (crap should have taken pics of the back coz its got a twin 4-5 inch exhaust and it sounds like a supra on low revs LOL)...
