    I'm running 9's on the front and 11's on the back. Fortunately I have zero suspension so I only get an occasional wiff of burnt rear tyres, this only happens on a dip in the rd, not a hump! [emoji39]

    I know of a dragon 5 door on n plate in Essex, it's clean and has vento interior so armrest on back seat. Sounds nice and quiet on tickover an very little tin worm!

    Well, it's entirely personal choice fella, if you do stuff that's going to subtly enhance the looks, then why not change a few things. Defo the suspension which I expect is tired, wheels, etc. As long as what you've done isn't irreversible, you'll still be able to change things back later. Heres mine and mistlines car from a show last summer near Windsor. , It's mostly about personal preference, things that you like, others might not and visa versa. Check out a few of our club cars, see what sort of styles you like and maybe follow along those lines. [emoji1360]

    There's a fella on the Gti forum that will lighten and balance a flywheel for not much money at all, although I've not had mine done yet, I know someone that has and he recommends the mans work! I can get the contact details and post it up if you'd like. Do you plan to keep it stock or are you going to be putting suspension and wheels, exhaust and air filter mods on etc?
