I bought an astra vxr and only had it 5 months then got sick of it and bought another M3 so I know what you mean about them

Yeah I like mine but I feel it's lacking a bit of punch. I feel the turbo spools up to smooth for my liking. I'm thinking about getting an R-tech map on it to hopefully give it that boost I need lol

Right guys im just about to order a timing chain kit for my abv engine. Do the last 4 numbers on the engine really matter? I need a dual upper chain and the single lower chain as I think all of the vr6 engines are

Nope not as far as I know mate -
My mate spent a year looking at turbo conversions for his mk4 r32 and ended up going for a an hgp conversion as he had a mate who got a jbs conversion and had nothing but problems with it and I think (I may be wrong) a lot of it was to do with the mapping They might of sorted all of that out by now as this was a few years ago now
