    a decent set of 312's and carriers with sum ds5000s would do you a treat not toooo expensive as long as uv got the obd2 calipers to start off with!

    I tryed fitting a mk4 a3 1 to mine the other day and had no such luck. The mk3 airbag contactor is like a rail so the steering wheel is always conected no matter wat position its at.

    not very exciting but i go onto a 2 lane slip road to go onto the duely, stick my foot on the smiley pedal, i was about halfway past him when he decided to gt into my lane cutting me up resulting in me braking, swerving and pressing the horn only to remember my horn isnt working at the moment which angered me further so a few rants under my breath did the trick

    rite so a harnesses on a strut brace is a bad idea, yet theres mixed comments on to weather i can weld a bar in or not.....im confused :S do the lovely edition show cages support harnesses? (i have since changed my name!!! lol) iv seen loads of cars as u sed at the shows with welded bars yet people are saying not to do it so its worryinng me lol im not saying ur wrong otherwise i would of ignored the comments and got on with it, just want to make it rite am i best to weld the bar but maybe get a proffesional to see that its welded in the rite place? help meeeeeeeee

    but will a bought strut brace support harnesses? they look really flimsy, specially wen your a lot heavier if ur on a head on collision... any ideas?

    Just aquired a decent strong pole to cut down and weld between top mounts at the back on the bodywork. Just wondering if this is acceptable as i wud like a strut brace but also need it for harnesses. Is the bodywork strong enough to weld onto or will i need to strengthen it?

    i have always tthought this, mine is completely standard and beats my mates a3 1.8t which has been mapped, full exhaust system and lightweight expensive recaros and stripped out. its kickin just over 200 bhp, wats with tht :S

    just been to garage, foned a few umbers and managed to speak to the boss of the company whos happy to pay up, yes its the cross brace underneath the back of the middle silencer. its ripped it str8 off so theyv got to weld new plates and bolt on there so it can be fixed back up, also some of the exhaust mounts have been ripped off to theyr being put back on and the exhaust is being mount back to normal. costing the guy 126 squid so glad im not paying it!
